To be notified of all formal Quotes, Bids,
Requests for Proposals, and Letters of Interest

  • Enroll in the City of Ocala’s e-Procurement system (ProRFx) at New Vendor Registration to be notified and participate in solicitations based on your specific commodity codes.
  • Enroll in eNotify, the City of Ocala’s solicitation notification system at eNotification to be notified of all solicitations.  (Select “Procurement Bids” under News)
