As of December 20, 2022, credit/debit card payment rates will change. Payments will incur a convenience fee of 2.50% (additional $0.50 via automated phone system) with a maximum of $5,000 per transaction. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discovered accepted.
For real-time posting of payment or to make a payment on a disconnected or pending disconnect traditional account or commercial account, pay via the Invoice Cloud Portal.
Payments can also be made using our Automated Phone System by dialing 844-286-1785.
Payments made via the Invoice Cloud Portal or via the Automated Phone System credit to your OEU account the same day. Scheduled payments made via Invoice Cloud do not add a payment extension to your OEU account.

- View monthly statements
- Sign up for paperless billing
- Make a one-time online payment
- Set up automatic payments (Auto-Pay) or to pay by text
- Receive "statement ready" notifications

Electronic checks are free online and via the payment kiosks with no maximum. A $0.50 convenience fee is charged for e-check payments made via the automated phone system.
OEU accounts can also be paid at any one of the local MoneyGram, Fidelity Express, Western Union or Amscot locations. These payment options may take up to 2 business days to post to the account. Simply click on the desired entity and you will be directed to their website for information on how to find the nearest agent location.
