Customers sometimes need a little more time to pay their electric bills. Our online payment extension offers qualifying customers the chance to extend the due date of their bills. The customer MUST request a payment extension prior to the disconnection date.
Residential customers are allowed two payment extensions per calendar year. If you are unable to keep your extension as agreed you will be ineligible for an extension for a period of one year.
Eligibility for a Payment Extension
- The customer's payment history
- Past-due amount
- Age of past-due amount
- No prior broken arrangements

Requesting A Payment Extension
Please fill out the following form to request a payment extension. Be sure to check your spam settings to ensure confirmation receipt.
This payment extension does not prevent your payment from being considered late. Payments made after the original due date of the bill will incur a late payment charge of 5% of the total past due balance.
Payment Extension Confirmation
If a payment extension is granted for your account, you will receive a confirmation email, which will be sent the next business day.
Confirmation emails are only sent when the payment extension is requested online.
