Marion County Lenders' Meeting

Marion County Community Services held its 2nd Bi-Annual Lenders’ Meeting on August 13th, 2024, to discuss down payment assistance terms, share grants’ requirements, receive feedback from the lending industry and create the official lenders’ list Marion County and the City of Ocala work with to provide housing for first-time homebuyers.

The meeting is held twice a year, once in February and once in August. The City of Ocala Community Development Services actively partners with local agencies to promote affordable housing in an effort to make the City of Ocala a great place to live, play and prosper.
