Levitt AMP Ocala: Jah Movement w/ Ace Winn (Genre: Reggae)
The 2024 Levitt AMP Ocala Music Series presents Jah Movement with opening artist Ace Winn on Friday, March 29 from 7 – 9 p.m. outside at Webb Field at the Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Complex.
The performance is FREE. Please bring your chairs and blankets. Food is available from local food trucks and dessert brought to you by our sponsor Kona Ice Ocala. Fun field games and activities with the Ocala Recreation and Parks Department along with local non-profit organizations will be present.
Each concert in the series also features live painting by local visual artists and a local non-profit organization intermission. This week’s featured non-profit is Reilly Arts Center.

HEADLINING ARTIST: Jah Movement
Jah Movement comes equipped with not only the best live reggae music but also adds their own touch of R&B, soul, and funk music. Founded in 2015, Jah Movement has established a well-known name and reputation throughout Florida. They’ve won Creative Loafing’s 2019, 2018, and 2016 Best Reggae Band in Florida in the Tampa Bay Area.
Jah Movement is made up of some of the best reggae musicians in Southwest Florida namely Damie Caines and Shantel Norman. Their debut album “The Movement” sold out upon release in May 2016.
